Raw I: 4-Hour Raw Food Workshop
This workshop is designed for those new to eating raw who want to implement better health habits in their lives and to maximize their health.

The first part of this four-hour workshop focuses on being able to understand the importance of what is placed in our bodies and how it relates to health. The majority of the time will be spent in the kitchen preparing a variety of raw food dishes.

Upon completion of the workshop one will have all the knowledge and tools needed to decide what role RAW will play in THEIR lives.

Christie's Hummis

Christie's Hummis
  • 1 ½ cups almonds (soaked for at least 8 hours, drained and rinsed)
  • 2 Tbsp raw tahini
  • ½ lemon, juice of
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • ¼ white onion, chopped
  • ½ cup parsley, chopped and packed
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp sea salt

In the food processor using the s-blade, process the almonds and lemon juice until creamy. Add all remaining ingredients except parsley and blend well. Add the parsley and pulse just until blended. Serve with veggies or flax crackers.
