America is a sick nation. We are doing more diets, exercising more, taking more prescription medication YET we are more over weight, seeing the doctor more and developing more disease than ever.

There are so many “diets” out there. Each one contradicts the other, it is so confusing, and then I stumbled across the RAW FOOD DIET. This is not a diet but a way of life. This is not a FAD. This is the way our ancestors ate and many cultures that live long healthy lives live today. Bottom line is we need more fruits and vegetables, good fats and to stop putting processed and refined foods laddined with chemicals in our bodies.

I know you are thinking HOW BORING , but I am hear to tell you whether you want to implement more raw foods into your diet or go 100%, whether you just want more energy or to heal your body, you will be amazed at the flavor and variety of raw food dishes.
